Well first off, the day started out crappy when Maurice called me up and said he was having car problems. He never made it to the meet. He was half way and turned back home. Hope everything is ok. Now, Josias (Hondaman87) and Vic (HondaVtec)....MAN I WANT TO SEE THOSE CARS!! I guess you guys couldnt make it again. Ohh well. We hung out at the park and talked and made fun of the DXs. i dident make it for the simple fact that hondaman couldent get a licenced driver to take the trip with him and he coouldent get me the altinator i needed, i got up early this morning to get ready too. i had the car towed to pep boys and they wouldetn to an alignment for me cuz the car wasent running, you dont need the car running for a damn alignment, the battery was charged enough to start the car and put it on the ramp then drive it off the just just did not want to give me an alignment. whem my steering wheel is straight my left whell is like 10 degrees to the left and the right is 10 degrees to the right

Damn you got those up fast i will send you some more steve tommarow. It was still fun although someone stole my damn food at Taco Bell, but not bad for just a small group. I just got my power locks and alarm stuff (sitting in my room when i came home) so i have more stuff to do and the picture of my stereo is only half done because i wasnt happy with some of it so i need to pull it out and redo some of it. I soon will join you 5spd guys but you can count me in because technically i do have a 5spd just dont feel like taking apart 2 cars to do it. But this spring me and steve should be doing or B-Series swaps so we can race. Hope everyone can get together next time and sorry maurice but it happens trust me.......

DAYUM Rob, thats your car......Yummy. I've looked at a few accords lately, all were shitty, I am soo confused on if I want a Sedan or Coupe, but after lookin at your car, I wanna stick with the coupe like my original plan. All the cars I've test driven so far have been LX's tho, I never knew they were so when I showed up to look at them, I had to test drive them to make the seller happy. Your car makes me wanna stick to the Coupe Idea. Thx

Ok, where can i start. Oh yeah, I'm PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I drove 175 mile and bang! I looked through my rear view mirror and i saw a cloud of blue smoke. The first thing that passed my mind was " danm, that civic next to me needs some work on his engine" but hey, it was my car!!!!!!!! at that point I was shocked. Next thing you know, the check engine light came on. I pulled over, puped the hood and saw a big ass spill of oil underneath the K&N air filter. I took everything off the throtler body and noticed that the hose that connects the intake to the valve cover was filled with oil just like the whole intake and the throttle body and the filter was soked in oil. At that point I thought, let me clean it and fucked keep going. Then I called Steve (88LXi68). He told me to check the computer to see how many times it was blinking. I told him 8 times and he said that it was some kind of sensor that I already forgot the name of it. I then decieded to turn back to Philly and just park it in the garage until tomorrow (today) to take it to the mechanic. On my way back, I put it on cruise control doing 60 mph, i felt like an old lady. BTW on my way to the meet before that happened I was so happy doing 100, 110mph. Passing everybody and shit. Anyways, going back home, this guy with a 89 lx pulls next to me, rolls down his window (manually), I rolled down mines (power!!! hahaha) and he's like," sup dude, ya wanna me to kick your ass??!" I'm like, sorry man, my baby has the flue! and he's like, "yeah sure!" he steps all the way on his gas and hi thinks he's going fast. All i could hear was his engine going so lound, but he was still in the same place doing like 55 mph. That was so funny. I did not wanted to laugh 'cause i was really upset but i could not help it. It's now 9:05 am on monday, my mechanic opens at 10 so I gotta kill some time before i go there.
Steve and Mark: you guys know how excited i was with the meet. I'm so sorry that i could not make it. I just hope its nothing major with the car. I really liked those pictures.
Mark: you washed your car this time!!!!!!!!! sweet. Nice 5 speed, just gotta get the short shifter ASAP! that thing is long enough to pick you nose.
Steve: Thanks for the help buddy, I really appreciated it. I've always wanted to race you to see what you got there. Your car looks pretty powerfull (being a 3g) and I want to see how true that is. I tried calling Mark too but I guess it was Jerking off time and he could not answer the phone! lol J/K man. I'll keep you guys post it with the outcome of my situation.

Rob: I would love to hear that system. I looks good! The CD changer is next to the box, does it skip??? I had one in the trunk before and it skipped every time the bass was kicking hard. Your car is looking pretty good bro. Did you say,you wanted to painted?

My CD changer needs to be cleaned so it just started to skip like a wk ago but not from vibration. Im not done with the install yet im working out the rest of the details because i didnt like part of it so when i park her this winter im gonna finish it. Plus i may be buying a new head unit and if its not a sony i will need a new cd changer. I love my cd changer and even when i get a cd head unit i will still have a changer in the back. I have a lot of stuff to do and start buying parts for my swap so im just gonna be studying and working a lot so the spring i can swap engines. MSIACCORD_LXI i have a lot of mods so to keep it short i wont list them all and still nothing under the hood because im not waisting money on the A20 and i still have a lot more to do as far as Body, Engine and interior work goes but im spending the money and not doing it cheap. Plus i have owned 3 accords and still own 2 which makes it easier to work on my nice one. I waisted a lot of money on my other accord when being a daily driver is not a great ideal for what im doing.

Ya it was fun.....Mine IS an auto,...but by next spring it will be manny if I have anything to say about it.....

HOw about we do a big tour in OCT.....we can go some sat, when everything will be open (as opposed to sun) and we can leave early sat morning...and just pick people up as we go along...we can go up to mass, nh and vt and just dig the scenery...realy georgous in fall. We can do highway to get up there--but take minor roads and stuff once up there...early sat morning and come back late sat--or grab a room or camp...who knows--what say u all?

Ok guys, I just came back from the mechanic. My baby its ALIVE!!!! I'm soooo happy. I spend the whole morning at the mechanic. He took the valve cover off to see if it was one of the oil drain that was clugged (it think that's how its spell) but everything was nice and clean. He then did a lot of shit to it. Finally he found out that it was the "PCV valve". It was only $4.00 and wallllllllaaaaaaaaaa, everything worked. He also change the gasket of the oil drain screw ( ya know what I'm talking about) because it was leaking a couple of drops here and there. Now, I gotta take the whole intake system and clean it up. I also gotta wash the K&N or replace it. But I'm happy as shit that that was the problem and not something bigger. At the same time it pisses me off that because a $4.00 piece i could not go to the meeting! Yo, I'm up for that paint ball trip! that sounds like fun. I've never done that before. The cruise sound good too, i really don't care. Please keep me post it for the NJ meet. I'll denetly be there. Ok, I'm gonna clean my car. I'll be back later.

If you guys are talking about a NJ meet then I can think of no two better places then Atco Raceway or Englishtown Dragway. They have events until november I think. Sometimes they have car shows and race events the same day. Some people can enter the show some can enter in the race and the rest can watch.

ya ---go look at lets meet>new england/tri state meet-----it took over the NJ meet and combined the two into what lokos like a nov 3rd meet at englissh town--theres gonna be a huge import meet there and it looks as if were gonna have people from MA, CT, NJ, PA, NY and surrounding states there....gonna be GREAT....
