I keep coming up with new questions. I spotted this (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1863271306) clutch kit by chance on ebay and I noticed the part # is the same for 86-89 Accords and for 84-87 Preludes and I started thinking...
what parts do I need from the prelude and what parts do I need from a 5-speed accord? And maybe this means there are other trannies that can bolt. anywayz...
Do I get an Accord or Prelude clutch/pressure plate/flywheel/flywheel bolts? Should I buy a new clutch? What else am I forgetting? arrgh :werd:

According to the FAQ if you swap the Prelude trans, you need to use the Prelude clutch and flywheel as well. The Prelude flywheel is a bit lighter too, so you'll probably get a slight gain from using that one.

Prelude 1.8 DX: Prelude flywheel and clutch (the 1.8 and the 2.0 clutches are diferent), need to swap in the accord diff, or try to swap the lude axles (not sure if that will work, but you are going to have to use prelude hubs.)

Prelude 2.0 Si: Either flywheel, the 2.0 flywheel is the same wether it comes from the accord or the prelude. The 1.8 flywheel can be used to save 2 lbs. Use which ever clutch is for the flywheel you have. Use the accord axles, one of them will have to be changed for one from a 5speed I believe, that all should be in the faq.
