can i moderator help me with my user name?

My old user name was ryan2107 and i lost my password and dont know the email address it was on,,, and if even if i find out the email address I prolly dont know the password for that one, its been like almost 2 years since I was last on and i made this one since i couldnt figure out how to get on my other one.
