A20A1 Power Advice?

My car is a 1989 Honda Accord LX with an almost bone-stock carbureated A20A1 and a 5-speed tranny and I'm looking to try and get some more power.

As for mods, I have installed a K&N Hi-Flow Air Filter (E-9030).

Any advice on getting some more ponies under the hood? (other than an engine swap)
