Dash Light: Brake Light Out

So the sign on the dash that tells you if your doors are open will also tell you if you have tailights out and mine is telling me just that! The two most inner lights are in fact out with no voltage to them (I believe, been awhile since i had it apart.) Previous owner installed a trailer hitch i'm thinking this has something to do with it anyone know of a common problem causing this or have a wiring diagram they could maybe explain to me? Not a big deal just an annoying %^$ ^&%% light!! :madflip:

If all you want is to get rid of the dash light, I think you can unplug the box that's underneath/behind the center console. But you should fix your tailights.
