yes yes... the picture is true. the 4 door shall rest for a while now. but i found a damn near MINT white hatch on Craigslist for 1650 and i couldnt pass it up.
its a 1987 dx, auto, with just less than 191k, only had 1 owner before me, and the car included ALL of the origonal paperwork, owners manuals, even the window sticker. car was 1st bought on june 16th, 1987 for about 11 grand.
the exterior is great with the exception of 1 decent dent on the drivers side, above the wheel well, and a few very minor chips on the hood from rocks etc... the car never came with a passenger side mirror, so it only has one on the drivers side.
the interior is pristine except for a small hole in the carpet on the drivers side, where your heels rest (easily covered by a floor mat), and a small rip in each of the rear seats(split rear seats) on the top right where they seperate. it even has the factory tape deck and every button/knob in the car works great!

his last car was carbed as well so just a parts swap for the 5 speed. its really easy takes about 4 hours and most of that is the pedals

nope 86 and some 87 white hatchs came with blue interior, pwns the fuckity out of the maroon interior.

well thanks for all the comments guys! pretty soon im gunna swap the springs, then the head/cam/mani/carb/header. then in a few months im gunna swap the 5 spd cuz in a month or two ill prolly be makin a road trip to s.e. washington to see a lady friend in pullman, and id rather put the miles on the auto thats prolly just gunna be scrapped...
and as for the meet, still dunno if ill be able to make it, due to my shitty schedule and obligations with the military...

ebay... just search 'broadway wide mirror', should show a bunch of results. mine is the 270mm (they came in a few different size options). it helped even more in the sedan than the hatch, but it just looks so sweet and clean from the inside.

speaking of stickers, i remember a while back somebody was making 3GEEZ stickers, any of those still floating around? id love to have a white one about 7" from side to side on each the back flappy windows.

^^^ yup thats the same one i got. the ONLY drawback they have is the fact that ya cant use the little flippy floppy night-time 'the jackass behind me has unusually bright headlights' switch at the bottom of the mirror, cuz the wide one is single pane(i think thats what they call it) so when ya flip it ya just see your roof...

oh yea, forgot to mention, when i was looking for this, i also saw that they had some that had a little bit of a blue tint to them as well. i wasnt really diggin it, but it might be your shtyle... and they also had some that they said were made of super polished metal (alum i think) and its supposedly a damn near high-def reflection. but they cost more so i didnt get it...

super clean hatchie there. ....but seriously, what the hell is with all the White DX hatchies popping up lately. When I jumped on the board there was only one other White hatch that I can remember and it was Justin's LX-i.
...not that I'm complaining or anything because White Hatchies FTMFW!

haha, thanks man... i did it just to see how it would look for a day or two, about 6 hours before i destroyed my hand, so now i cant change it back for awhile, lol.
btw, im bein a mega penny-pincher so i can get ur susp, still havent heard back from the IRS about any of that stuff yet :thumbdn:
just lettin ya know so ya didnt think i was bailin on ya.
