anybody ever seen these? they are supposed to be plug and play, but could be adapted easy over to one of our cars, i thought they might be cool looking on a hatch, they make a three bulb sequencer too, you could simply wire the amber corner turn signal as a third taillight bulb, then it would sequence all three bulbs with the turn signal on, these are legal in all 50 states, just can't have sequencing brake lights, only turn signals. http://www.webelectricproducts.com/products.htm

I have them on my '72 Ford Maverick. The tail lights are off a '67 Chevy Caprice. I used the STS-1 universal kit. Super easy to hook up.

theres a DIY somewhere on the net, i found it a few months ago after seeing a mustang with them. It is pretty sick.to make this work on the three g i think you would have to convert the corner marker to a running light and make the three running lights sequence. if you did the brakes the dash warning would always come on. if you convert the corner marker, that would be the third light in the sequence.

not necessarily. The way the DIY made it was that the three seperate bulbs were wired on resistors with varying resistance, the first with none, which would eliminate the dash warning. You could just butcher the back end of your tail assembly and put as many bulbs in there as you want.

You make no modifications to how the original brake light is wired if you use the STS-1 kit. It simply T's off the wire so that when you hit the brakes or turn signals, it sends power the module and the module then sequences the other two lights.
