Sup guys i know its been awhile sorry bout that. So to let you all know i have been making some progress on the ol' 85 hatchy. So here's the rundown, finally got my kick ass dvd/gps radio installed and it friggin rules not to mention it looks pretty clean! I'll get pics up soon! Scored the rear luggage cover in kick ass shape from pull-a-part its even in blue what are the chances right?! On a side note i took a road trip last week and got an awesome 39.25 mpg out of her , which also makes me more confident with taking her THE DISTANCE!!! Gonna tint windows next as the weather is starting to warm a bit and alas my bare bones basic model has no a/c. Oh and i want to see if anyone has seen those headlight covers by GTO on any 2geezs at all and if so do they streamline that stupid ass recess that they sit in? Well thats it for now.

Congrats on the rear luggage cover. Mine was so disintegrated that I figured they all would be, and built my own. I don't remember seeing the GTO covers on a 2gee, but I considered them for a while myself. I kept thinking that they'd end up looking like an early eighties mustang, and I didn't like how they so conspicuously said "GTO" on them. If I were going to do it I go with clear rather than tinted if you can find them.

Is your dvd one of those pop-out deals?
