dammit it all to hell. I can't pass freakin emmissions cause i can't figureout why i'm running so rich. And yestarday i found out i had a leak in my trunk...yeah the trunk with the big freaking, yet now soggy, speakers. my box is ruined and one sub is crapping out. The amp is fine, thank God, but i'm HELLA PISSED AT MY CAR

did you try adjusting the valves ! just a thought !
mess with the Idle mixture screw ?

well i dont have the print out on me, but my reading of co% was 3.87 were the limit is .7 or close to it, my HC's are fine and my Nox is really low


i put a new cat on and it still failed


co% went down to 2.9 wich is still way rich, HCs and NOx are fine

replace the seal........... I heard somewhere that it you put armorall on all yer hoses and seals and stuff they last longer....

As for the emissions.... have you tried bribery?

My trunk was leaking and I sprayed the seal with the honda silicon spray. That stuff is great. I sprayed all my window tracks too. Now the windows all open nice and easily and the trunk doesn't leak.

silicon spray eh.....hmm well i narrowd the leak down to around the bottom corners of the rear windsheild.....how would i seal that?

since u have a carb, its not gonna be hard for u to fix ur A/F ratio. run nice and lean for the emissions. u just wish u were in california. dumbfucks dont have emissions.!!!!1

you know that screwing the IDLE MIXTURE SCREW out is making it rich !
and turning it in means lean !

because i was confused about that before ! maybe you are too ! :)

HUH? he has a carb...

hmm maybe you could hook your egr pipe to manifold vacuum... not sure if that would make things worse or not.

Check out the carb tech section... I know I posted a pic where the AF screw it located...
