Who can tell me how different between body CA3 and CA5?

There is no basic difference in the body.
It's just a few different trim and accessory parts like chrome moldings and mirrors and so on.

in JDM land CA3 is a B20A powered car, & CA5 is a A20A powered car, with small differences like he said. it's different for other places though
