4 th Gen Accord

Hey my brother has a 90 accord exi with sputtering problem like it's not getting it's gas.but this only happen when driving at lower speeds,but works good when you step on it.Oh and it's flashing a code 1.

Rule #1: when the car is not running right, check for codes

Rule #2: if you have codes, fix the codes

Rule #3: start threads if and only if fixing the codes does not work

my 3g ran fine for months without 02 sensors...but being a 4th gen it may be diffrent so defaintly replace the 02 sensor and see if that fixes it
