ok i know u can instal a blaster on a prelude but is it the same way as the accords by hooking them up i mean cutting the two wires and connecting them to + and - also its an 89 honda prelude 2.0si thanks in advance

if it has an external coil... yes. you should check out www.preludepower.com, they should have a howto or somthing around there for your car.
