I got a Accord with some BAD body rust spots, mostly on the rear fender well on both sides, any Idea on how to fix this ?

you will need to replace the rear fenders...or if you can do it your self...cut the rust out and make new panels and weld them into place...then use fiber glass and a rust proof undercoat so it wont happen again

I have not been able to locate any rear panels on the Internet. I had found 3 Identicle cars, same color aswell. But they got Crushed in the Wrecking yard.

i don't think you can buy just rear panels.....at least....mine doesn't have any seams on it....i believe it's a cut and replace thing

Great, I have to cut out the rust and replace it with more sheetmetal perfect.

just use your tow hook to lift the front and just use jack stands in the side

I looked in the well and it looks fine, its just the outer sheet metal. I have found replacement panels for that Area, for like $50 a side.

Fock man.. thats lots of rust. it might be cheaper to get new one than repear this much rust. you need some good metal to weld to, I dont see any.

the car has sentimental Value, so I really want to try and save it.

ok, in this case, get another good accord, strip yours for all interior and wiring, than cut good accord in peaces like, whole wheel arch with shock mount, on both sides all the way to the trunk quarter panel. and reweld it on your car. one side first, than cut the other side and repeat welding.
So that your car dont collapse on it self. than the trunk, I bet you have a hole there too.
Do you have any welding skills?

No Welding skills at all, Theres no hole in my trunk at all, the only rust throughs are on my rear quarters and my rocker panels.
