I have 2 P.A. tweets and I love them to death... I've only heard good things about the company... but if its between them and the Vegas...go with the Vega's... Also the setup of box has a lot to do with the type of music that you listen to as well as your current cars aplication... what I mean by that is... Bandpass boxes are used most effectively in SUV's where air flow is unrestricted... ported boxes will push more air as well and arent that useful in closed trunks... Hatch's mabye but for a closed trunk aplication I would recomend a sealed enclosure... by the way... what type of wood did you use for the box??? I hope it was MDF... if not I would recomend that you make another one with it... it needs to be properly sealed with the correct glue... I have two Pioneer IMPP's 600w 12's in a sealed custom made Rockford fosgate box... pushed by a 400w Interfire amp bridged in parallel... Its nothing but clean beats and good fun... if you have any questions... keep posting...

MDF is a high density wood that is used for several aplications... in car audio it does a very good job with sub boxes due to its density... post a thread on MDF vs Fiberboard and see what people have to say.... Im sure fiberboard with work fine but MDF has the best overall sound/feedback...
