I need help, who can help me find some formulas to calculate the diameter of the exhaust pipe; from the exhaust headers/manifold to the muffler. I have a software made by a co-forumist but it isn't so complete it is so from the stone age... need something better... can anyone help me??

What kind of power are you going to be putting out?? And do you have access to mandrel benders?? General rule of thumb upto 180bhp 2" 180bhp to 220bhp 2.25" anything more 2.5" but thats on a N/A engine on Turbo just bigger the better or as big as your ears will take!!

i have 2.25. it does the job... no need to be so technical about our exhaust... its just an old honda no matter how ya look at it.

yes, i agree with you but i have a Dacia Logan not a Honda. I want to calculate my exhaust diameter. Thank you verry much LX-incredible
