5 speed rebuild kit?

Hey all, is this any good to rebuild a 5 speed. Mine doesn't need it yet but wouldn't mind having this on the shelf.

I've had good luck with the Transtar kits. I recommend them, but not at that price. I got mine for $160 from a local shop.
