You should machine one of these out of some scrap aircraft material:

But have the H in there or have it say Honda. That would be pimp.

for some reason this grill will not translate to photos that well, solid polished billet aircraft aluminum. I was given the aluminum because i asked nice, it's not cheap. having friends who own the place helps. about 40 bucks worth of bar. been looking at all kinds of grills forever and tried several and finally settled on this one. simple and clean. I'll have to get some diamond clear from eastwood to protect the finish. I sat on the couch and hand polished it last night. I know the once nice bumper looks rough, thats what the roads here do to them. I'll be repairing the bumoper yet again .I'm changing the upper bar that holds the lights to a hollow bar, i'll weld on a tab for each light, then drill holes and install grommets on the bar, this will allow me to run the wiring INSIDE of the bar with barely any wires showing. EDIT: The bar was given to me, I didn't have to buy it. good friends in the family that owns the company. I was saying how much the bar would have cost. I'm grateful everyday for people who let me have stuff to build this car. http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020099-1.jpg

redesigning the bar that holds the lights, changing to square tubing with welded on tabs for the lights, also the wires will run inside of the tube instead of on the outside. it also will have a couple of rod ends to hold the lights in position. think nascar front spoiler. http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020115-1.jpg

OK the grill is done, eventually when i'm not broke I'll take it down and have it clear powder coated. The bottom two grills on the bottom side of the bumper I think those will get painted black.

the upper grill brace on the back side of the bumper

all i have to say is wow, it looks good, and honestly looks like something that should've been done from honda. it also looks like it belongs on a rally car. but thats just my thoughts, can't wait to see it on the car, i think it will look great

the lights around here are needed, only one set at a time works, they are automatic, fogs for low beam driving for high beams. We have lots and lots of rual roads and lots of suicidal animals

so now you'll be able to see the suicidal animals much better when they use your car to fulfill their kamikaze goals.

The craftsmanship on that grille looks great though Tim. Good work as always.

oh ok that makes sense to add those lights then, around here all you need is your headlights not many animals or rural areas
