I have found rebuilt racks for around $150. It's not too bad to do the swap:
remove crossmember and part of the exhaust, then pop out the tie rods, remove the fluid fittings and the steering column bolt. Drop the two brackets and slide the rack to one side then the other to get it out. Flare nut wrenches help if your PSF fittings are stuck.
If it will be a while before you repair it you may want to drain the fluid and remove the PS belt to keep from running with the pump dry for an extended period.

got it all back together
only one trouble one of the smaller lines broke about 3/8" from the fitting
so i cut the line and in between i put rubber hose with hose clamps
will it hold is the big question i sent the car out tonight to get it aligned
everything else went ok
