Just wanted to update everyone on this topic. I know there is some question that D2 may be the ones making KSports Kontrol Pro for the accord, well... when questioning a local shop here in Charlotte he said he couldn't get me the KSports but he could get me the D2...

The price he quoted me was 785 shipped. I just wanted to link everyone to their site as well as another site i've found that offers the D2 coilovers.

They are called TripleRPerformance and they offer the discounted price through Carolina Hondas. They don't list them on their site but he gave me a direct part number which is: D2-H110-4

You can contact them for more info, but here is the link to their site...

Wait, what? D2 has a part number for 86-89 Accords? Man I need to pay attention.

They started listing theirs shortly after KSport did. I mean, the same company makes the two brands, why not capitalize on it?? Really it just comes down to which color you prefer.

Nah, d2 and ksport still list them high, the dealers are discounting because they get them at a discounted price.

Fixed.

BTW, I've started mildly considering a set of these, just because a set of good springs and struts costs about $500, and the ability to cornerweight the car appeals to me greatly.

eh factory restorations are lame, these cars aren't fast from the factory therefor they need a speeding restoration...
