3g Accord suspension is completely different from the 2g Accord. But I've been tempted to buy a cheap set of sleeves like this and see how they fit... Technically, no they don't work on 2g Accords and that first auction is mis-labeled.

Agreed. 3g Accords are double wishbone front suspension as well as 83-87 Preludes. The 2g has Macpherson strut front suspension and is thus quite different.

Well it shares the rear suspension (MacPherson also) with the 2g Preldue (83-87). There are a few members over there running 97ish Accord coilover sleeves on the rear of their Preludes. I was going to experiment with some strut bodies, and cut off the factory perches, and weld on some cheap eBay coilover sleeves and see how that works. If it works out back, I don't see why it won't work in the front. Maybe even pick up a set of S13 coilover sleeves too. Then pick out my spring rates later once the strut bodies are made. Coilovers baby yeah!
