I don't really know where to post this so I picked performance!

I want to be the 3geez guinea pig. I'm working ridiculous hours and I have no real financial goal other than a totally fucking awesome 3g (like carotmans, bitesizes, or greatdanes, my three favorite cars on here) so basically, just throw ideas at me. If theres anything you've wanted to test out or that you wanna see let me know (except for a k series swap)

Rowland's DCOE manifold, Extruadbody ITBs (Since I'm guessing you like fuel injection), Megasquirt / Megajolt Lite Jr Conversion, high compression pistons and a nice cam and good header.

psht carb stuff... do a swap that hasn't been documented if you really want to do something different, like an h/f series, that way you will be a trailblazer and a community contributer!

And why not!?
You could figure out a good rod/piston/profile combo for high-compression on pump gas, that would be super.

Carb stuff? What are you, new? Nothing I mentioned was even related to carbs... :slap:

id like to see a definitive answer on the multi piston calipers from threads a ways back. the exterra swap confirmed or another more available swap then the nsx calipers. Also a nice rear disc caliper swap. Maybe I missed it in previous posts.

We seem to have more then enough suspension upgrades and swaps. the engine swaps ahve been figured out from a mild a20a to a mean Bseries swap with OBD1. Id like to see other gearing or transmission swaps available for either a closer ratio or better performance/ strength.

How about an A20 stroker crank? Hmm?

i thought the closer gearing was the d16a1 trans as done by multiple members... any kind of trans work on a b would be pointless as there are tons of setups and lots of information.

i just really want to see an H done with pictures of mounts and maybe some blue printing done :)

ahh to dream lol... do a d16 swap :)

BEGIN FLAMING!

A D16 swap? For less torque? YES! But hey then you can have your Z6 with your VTECKS.

Do an h23 swap, those motors are fairly cheap since they lack teh vtaks.

d16 would be less torque but more aftermarket, i'd do it just to make everyone here mad lol...

Twin turbo with any Vtec engine

And make it RWD..

Then put lazerz on the hood and spikes come out of the tires woo..

No but seriously, twin turbo 87-89' Honda Accord would be sweet (atleast to me)

homemadeturbo did a twin setup on a b16 just for fun, it's completely pointless on a 4 cyl motor PERIOD, that was their conclusion.

they made less power than they did with 1 of the same turbo.

this isn't a v6 or v8.

I saw a magazine a couple of years ago take a stock integra ls and start taking weight off to see how fast it could go.... they started simple with the interior etc. and got it to run pretty decent times, but then it was hilarious when they cut the roof, all the fenders and essentially just had a piece of metal with a seat and a motor and that shit ran a high 12 or something! (im trying to find a link)

don't think that was an integra, i saw a magazine with an SE-R they did that too... import tuner i think it was...

but at a point you lose time because you're less aero dynamic, i have a friend who ran mid 14"s in a zc hatch.

88 ef hatch std (lightest hatch)
gutted
1 seat
dash
obd1 with an sohc zc
hytech 4-1
no cat
2 1/4" exhaust
built transmission with super close gearing and final drive
obx lsd
slicks

i think his time was a 14.3 or 14.4 his reaction time was flawless and his 60's were just ridiculous for his car.

i don't think they ever dyno'd it but we assumed it was like 130 to the wheels.

i don't think an accord could ever get below 2000 lbs though with driver, his weighed in at 1890 with driver i think, so light.

after he cammed it it broke high 13"s then he wrecked it :-\

It was an integra ^_^ it was a joke that one of the muscle car magazines did about how to make your rice go faster, or something like that, they completely destroyed the car.... but it was pretty funny

no progress?

ok since this is just throwing ideas around.

a lot alot of work but an f20c with boost RWD you should be able to use a nissan s13 rear end.

FWD swap - AS much as i like honda but I believe a sr20 swap would fit nicely in there.

or the ultimate a Honda v6 otu of an odyssey 240hp tied to a acura 6speed tranny. doubt it would fit in the engine bay tho.

Why wouldn't it fit? I've seen a 350 in a 2nd gen Accord...

You should get a coupe (at least just the trunk lid) and try to fit a Vigor tail light on it.

see how much nitrous you can pound into that thing. Make sure you have enough fuel system and tuning. GO!
