as some of you may remember me from a few years ago, i was the guy who bought elijahs's 89 accord with a bunch of spare parts including his built cylinder head. during that time, i have rebuilt the entire bottom end, and mated the built head to it and dropped it into the car. then along came a bunch of prefab parts like my headers and exhaust, all of which are pacesetter, all of which is garbage for the most part. once everything was put together and hooked up, i cranked the car over, but it refused to start because it want getting any fuel. at that time, i was very angry at it and decided to walk away from the car leaving it in the garage for the next couple years, and picked myself up a nice skyline. fast forward to today, my skylines motor is blown(another one on its way), and my accord is still sitting in the garage.
since some of my ideas never planned out, it left me with a bunch of repair work that is needed to be done on my accord. my attempt at wire tucking, left me with needing to replace the entire interior harness. my belief is that the harness was the source of all my problems from the start, so i will be starting at the harness and working my way back to the engine bay.
my accord as it sat a couple years ago. it has since has the radiator and a bunch of other minor front end work done to it, but that is mainly how it sits. notice the time/date on the picture. the project started back at the end of 2005.

i hope to start coming back to this forum and it is a great resource, and i hope to meet new people in the process.
it's always good to see someone comeback with a renewed interest in their car.

it was turbo'ed when elijah owned it. then he stripped it for his build, then he gave up on it. ive got the parts needed to turbo it if i want, its just a matter of time
it was only left alone until a couple weeks ago when a friend helped me clear everything useless out of the garage. we took out atleast 2 truck loads of garbage loaded to the top. i then noticed that i had such a vast amount of room to work in there that i can buy myself some wheel dolleys and move the car as i wish to gain space needed to remove the fender.

the renewed interest comes from the soon to be 12 weeks of unemployment when im going back to school. im going to be working on it when i can during the winter since i wont be working, so im hoping it will be out this year. i guess the fact that my skyline started knocking could be another reason why i want it back out.

What are you going to school for? I just left Edmonton today, I was at NAIT doing 3rd period Machinist. Got top of my class, again.

Ive seen many newer legacy that say skyline across tha back of them i dunno if its a special model or what but ive seen them. So now wenever someone talks about a skyline i just asume its one of those. I really need to look into that more all i no is i see them fucking everyware. .......I See Fake Skylines.....Some Of Them Dont Know There Not Really Skylines...

What are you going to school for? I just left Edmonton today, I was at NAIT doing 3rd period Machinist. Got top of my class, again.
im going back to NAIT in november for sheet metal, 2nd year. supposedly NAIT has raised their standards since last year cause about 7 people dropped out so far from just 1st year. ill have fun in 2nd year

Tha does look alot like it other than tha nissan logos on it. I think what im talking about is a infiniti g35 ive seen alot of them that say infiniti on tha back and others that say skyline i cant figure it out and its bugging me.

Welcome back my friend. I wounder what happen to that car. Was well put together. You planning on boosting it again? it is obd1 or still obd0. Reason i ask i forgot if eijah converted it or not

elijah never got around to doing anything to it other then ripping out the motor and most of the interior. all the motor work was done by me, but was actually for my original accord before i acquired elijahs. i plan on putting it back to stock form, then slapping my turbo gear into it. if not, i might dive back into the whole megasquirt stuff and go deep into NA territory. i will be doing my best to get it running by summer though since ive got enough room to get on it now.

I never doubted he did. Its alot nicer than i figured it would be nice work
