I posted a while ago that I was going to try a first gen MR2 spoiler on my car. DOnt, the spoiler is nearly an inch too wide. I mounted it anyways (stupid) and it works but now I have overhang between my trunk lid, and rear quarter panels. the shape of the spoiler is great, and it flows really nicely with the car, however it is just too wide. I am thinking that I could cut half an inch out of either side then place a joiner inside the wing and bond the two halves together with apoxy or something, then patch it with a fiber glass repair kit. Bodo it and paint and it would look sick, but this seems like too much work. ANy Ideas.
