Check Engine light and Rpm Idle

my check engine light is on and since that my rpm ilde drop by 3 thousand rpm when i press the pedal my rpm only goes up 3800 3900 rpm not reaching 4000rpm before it would go to 6500 rpm and i miss that sound and i may be thinking it might be my o2 sensors that gave out and not responding to the ecu correctly, correct me if im wrong:dunno: thanks guys:nervous::

Start by checking the ECU under the driver's seat for the flashing light. Count the flashes, and do a search here for what they mean. There could be a number of things wrong.
