Nothing special, just a couple used tires in pretty good shape from the local used tire place. But WOW! the difference is amazing. I didn't realize it (and I doubt that the previous owner did, either), but the left rear tire was warn down past the rubber! Granted, the car eats up driver side tires right now since it still needs to be realigned after the wreck it was in, but you'd think they'd notice that. I'm surprised the tire lasted the 3 days I've owned the car.

Anywho, took the front passenger side tire and put it on the back driver side and put newish front tires on. After mounting, balancing, and tax, it was only $60 and there is absolutely no wobble at any speeds and low speed hydroplaning is a thing of the past! I'm falling in love with this car even more!

Hydroplaning is definite lose... I take my Sidekick out in the rain for that reason!

I would've liked to, but current funds dictate my having 4 different tires on the car. Hey, at least they're all the same size!
