I'd have the machine shop provide them.

what machine shop lol im not paying to have them do what i can lol

they are just shaving the head down and polishing/balancing the crank

the motor is low miles and in good shape im just rebuilding bc i plan to beat on the car a bit and make good power

Topline is what Autozone sometimes sells. Usually they're ok but nothing special. For OEM parts try hondapartsdeals.com. Genuine Honda parts at decent prices.

You can also try importperformanceparts.net for aftermarket engine mechanicals. Their "Toga" brand parts are decent and I think they sell Topline as well.

You should check your pistons to make sure they aren't worn. 77k is fairly low miles but if it was driven hard they might still be worn out of spec.
