This is the car i am fixing right now, the car has a weird bumper as you can see in the picture.
I think the thing is to reflect the lights and to be more visible on the road.

PS: The thing looks totally OEM.

are you talking about the chrome? it's chrome for the sake of chrome. it can be straightened out rare stuff.

Its really weird accesory, i dont really like it but since its oem and rare, i tought is worth of a thread. :)
