Okay I did a search and only found one person who had a issue like this. But it turned out to be the belts I guess.

On mind though, I have listed to the CAI and the whistle is coming from that. However none of my lines seem to have any issues, at least none that I know of.

Anyone else have this issue, and you know which line it would be, or is it just hit and miss until you get the right one?

Okay thanks. I've been over at 7thgen cause I had a civic before this and none of them knew what it was, But this is my first car that whistles. I take it there's no way around it? maybe a new throttle body or intake mani?

if it whistles at a certain throttle position, its the idle adjustment screw. the lower u have it set(the more clockwise it is) the more it will whistle

This was the cause of my whistle. And my rough idle. And my crappy mileage.

Didn't think about that. I already know I have to replace the valve head gasket, So I might as well check the intake gasket to. Could be a big issue. Plus the fact I'm going to have to re-adjust her Idle, Its now at 1400 RPMs, Of course I don't mind this really. :P since I can just leave it in 1st or 2nd and can go threw a parking lot without having to hit the clutch.
