Hey everyone, This is one cool site! So this is my first Honda Accord 3G carb. I was looking to do some work to it since it is bone stock, any suggestions? ...and you know you have them!

I was thinking about lowering it but is there a camber correction kit out there? Anyway, I'll get some pics up soon. Thanks everyone!

Thanks for the warm welcome all!

Charlie - Hatch or sedan? Automatic or standard?
It is an Automatic 4 Door Sedan

LOL! no kidding! I didn't realize how much it was going to cost to get the maintenance up to date on this thing. But it is purring like a kitten now and it was worth it!

Should have pics up tomorrow and any suggestions on rim size? I was thinking 18's?

AS far as rim size id go with 16s 17 at most. 205/45/16 is tha most beautiful wheel ive seen on a 3gee especially with a 2.5 inch drop. Sexyfulness

yeah our cars dont have alot of power...when i had my carb car i only put 15 inch rims on it and you could feel the difference on how slow it would accelerate

I just put 16s on mine and they look great. but I also have a ridicuņous drop on my car now and my car tucks my rims into the fenders and quarter panels now.

I was just talking to Mike (mykwikcoupe) today about how I could never put anything bigger than 16's on these cars, although the black 18's he has on his coupe are amazing. Do you have a DX or LX?

LOL! I can't wait to experience this! If it's really that bad I was reading somewhere that I can do a B swap. that might be promising

Charlie - It's an LX

Also any ideas on strut spring combo? I want to lower it but not slam it... Also want to keep a smoother ride, not going to be doing any auto-xing.

My current shot set up makes the car float like a caddy and I accidentally start my own drift track when I sneeze, so yeah any input would be helpful.

Thanks everyone!

yeah stock height on the 3 gee looks like a 4x4...so i had to drop it on some eibach springs...they give a very nice drop

That looks sweet! What is the drop on that? I don't want to go too low.

I would not go over 2 inches but thats just my kind of guide on almost any car out there. There is a really good thread on lowering the car in the suspension section.
