That swap is well documented here. I think I just did a search in the forum and found the detailed swap.

They sell a kit for the conversion at your local Wal Mart.

to do it properly your dash and some interior have to come out, and you need a lxi/exi/sei fuel tank.. that shit alone takes longer than the swap itself under the hood...

i will be performing one of these soon on a 86lx 4dr... keep an eye on my thread as i have shortcuts..

I plan on doing this as well. I already have the wire harnesses, intake manifold, injectors, ECU, gauge cluster and other stuff. Toughest part will be the damn fuel tank. I can't have a smelly gasoline soaked fuel tank sitting around my living room.

just stuff rags in all the holes before you bring it in...

put it in your mustangs trunk or accord till you start working on it unless you have a back yard

Could someone post a link? I would like to see this well-documented thread. Or a sticky on it would be nice...

Why not use an external EFI pump from a 2g Prelude or 2g Accord SE-i like I'm doing? Or did the carb 3g use an in-tank pump as well?

My assumption is that it is an in-tank pump... And without a fuel return inlet.

I think it's been taken down. It's an enormous amount of work. I'd recommend you just sell the carb car and buy an injected one.

I've given up on the idea of the swap and have just decided to go with a Weber carb, cam regrind and header/exhaust work. =/
