What warning lights in the dash are supposed to turn on when you turn the key to the battery? I'm not positive but i think i might have some that are burnt out and i just want to be sure

You're supposed to have the Battery, Seatbelt and Oil light.

On top of that, the integrated warning system for doors/trunk/headlights/brake lights is supposed to light on too.

Most fuel lights don't work on these cars (or so it seems).

You can test the light if you want to make sure it works. The Sending unit is what usually fails.

You can check the procedure in the shop manual posted on this site.

Did you run out of gas? In every Honda I've owned/worked on/driven the needle is really vague. My light doesn't come on until I'm a little below the bottom tick and I still have ~50 miles at that point.
