Polished Venturi's and surrounding barrel area.

Partially drilled:
Idle jet - Primary
Main Jet - Primary
Main Jet - Secondary
Accelerator pump Jet - Inlet Side.

It's now time to use the Air fuel ratio guage to see if I need to drill the secondary all the way through.

The car has balls in 2 from 3,600 - 6,000 rpm...

I need to increase the idle jet and I'm going to try and make a special snout for the accelerator pump jet - Outlet side.

the rest of the drilling will be determined by the air fuel ratio guage.

This is my next project... Barrel porting!!!

1" (25.4mm) Primary barrel

1.75" (44.45mm) Secondary barrel

thats a total of 69.85mm

1.85mm larger then the weber... thats assuming I don't hit a sunken vacuum line while drilling.

i have a question, why are you messinf with keihin?
why don't you get larger venturies for weber?

ok so what size did you drill?
when i drilled mine, which ones did i drill?

hmm... is it a clog? what has happned? my car isn't getting gas anymore... like the float just stopped filling... I'm a bit stumped... don't tell me this has anything to do with whats happening in the other thread...

hmmm, if the bowl does fills in, i would say your pump in on the way out. if the bowl does fills in and you doesn't spray it is cloged.

plus i don't understand why you drilled jet only half way?

lol it sounds like what my carb would do when I would flip it and try using it again, the fuel just drains down some imaginary hole in the carb into the manifold and floods the shit out of the motor.

well... if the keihins gonna give me trouble, I'll stick on my spare weber.
