New guy here from North Dakota! I picked up a clean 1986 Honda Accord LX just recently, its a very fun car to drive especially around here!

I have complete repair records down to the warrantied Gas Cap replacement that happened about a week after the car was bought new!

Only things that need to be done are are front left ball joint need replacement, Combo column switch is broke, new gloss coat needed on the hood and left fender, minor rust repair on the left rear wheel well arch.

Im hoping to keep this car as long as I can, I love driving this thing!

Thanks Guys! I was addicted the minute I sat in the seat for a test drive!

I did forget to add that it has around 130,000 Miles.

My column switch arrived today too, hopefully I get it installed soon along with some better pictures of the car.

Well, I just looked over my new column switch... its broke in the same place as the one on my car in shipping. :uh: The next couple of days will be spent trying to fix it. Believe it or not, the salvage yard I ordered it from wrapped the part like a burrito, 5 wraps of bubble wrap and one wrap of cardboard. No box, no Fragile Part label... just a wrap of cardboard with packaging tape sorta wrapped around it and the label under three layers of tape. :banghead:

But the good news for today, I topped off my car and ran it through the car wash. I almost forgot what color it was under all the dirt! I'll take my camera with me tomorrow and get some nice pics of my car after school.
