Hey Guys,
Its great to see everything is still going well here! I haven't been on in a long time, and some of you may not even remember me, but I used to own an '89 Accord LX. I miss that car soooo much....I dream about it at least once a week. I regret selling it. So those of you that still have your 3g's and are able to keep them, trust me, KEEP YOUR CAR. They are becoming a dime-a-dozen to find a clean version.
Well just to give you guys an update on my life post-3g, I decided to sell my car because 1. It was sitting at my parents house undriven and I hated to see it that way, 2. I didn't think it was smart to keep paying for 2 cars at once when I'm only 20 years old, and 3. It was beginning to develop problems.

Sooo some of you may be wondering what I drive now. Well I'm a 20 year old busy college student and I travel a lot, so I needed something that was Fuel efficient, reliable, and fun to drive. So I have been driving a 2001 VW Jetta Wolfsburg with the 1.8 Turbo engine and 5-speed. I don't have any recent pics of it but I have pics from when I first bought it. Since then, I have debadged it, removed the pin-stripe, removed the wheel well rubber moldings, tinted (35%), smoked the corner lamps, and put a nice headunit in it. I also had an intake in it for a while but the car was rediculously loud because of the Diverter Valve swoosh every time I let off the gas.

I'll try to get updated pics up here soon. I have to say though, the Jetta has been an awesome car. The car is deceptively quiet and quick, It will spin the tires through first once the turbo spools. On top of that, I've had 0 problems and i get better mileage than I did in the 3g (think 32 mpg on the highway, 28 in the city). I am looking forward to working more on this car. Plans include
First and foremost, lower
Staggered 18's
GLI valences
Chip (APR or GIAC)
