Not getting "Instant Notification" emails

I am not getting the instant notification emails for replies to threads or pms. never had any problems before, but the last 2 days I have noticed I am not getting notification. I checked my spam blocker and blocked addresses and 3geez was not in either of them.

How longs it been since you've been on? Sometimes it won;t send a new notification on a thread you haven't checked, even though you read the email.

Sorry I meant to post in here sooner. I ran diagnostics on the mailing system and everything ran ok, so the email system works. And I did a database repair on the mailqueue tables in case it was a system-wide error. Finally, I reset your email notification settings, but I don't know how helpful that will be.

Occasionally I'll get emails from people saying that they never received the activation email, and usually it's because it winds up in a spam folder - but sometimes I think the system messes up because of the sheer volume of emails that is automatically sent out each day from things like instant notifications. I do know that the instant notification is working because once in a while an...inexperienced user will reply to the email instead of the thread and it gets sent to the main 3geez email address.

Wasn't referring to you or anyone in particular at all. I was referring to users who actually are inexperienced with the forum system and think that replying to the email will somehow get the message to the original poster.

Oh ok. I always catch my phone doing stuff like that, irritates the buhjeezus out of me.
