Hey just bought a 1988 honda accord lx for 600 bucks no clue if thats good or not but it runs with 289k on it LOL

Not surprising at all that it still runs. 600 isnt bad really, what shape is the body in?

Body is in great shape as far as no dents, really could use paint ( looks like it had sat under a tree and the guy had just cleaned it off when i got it). Runs great other than idling at 2.5k when u first start it up sometimes. its a 5 speed. Smokes like crazy but just in the morning after sitting all night ( smokes for first 5 mins) i think its oil maybe in the cylinder because its a grayish blue tinted smoke. Other than those issues the car runs and drives great!
