Guess nobody caught the auction on EBay for the "Accord Racing" parts :

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=310200620992&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT

.....I ended up contacting the guy and buying the A/T Engineering dual carb intake....its brand new for $50 :) I didn't want the flywheel or the CVCC head.....

........ He has the head and flywheel listed now....for a very good price:

Wow! Nice find! I dont care much about intakes because i am going to fuel injection, the flywheel looks interesting though.

Nice score on that intake mani. Better than the one you found for me on Yahoo Japan that I got for $100. :D

So what's with that flywheel? Is it lightened or something? Haven't had mine out in a while. I wonder if that's the later head with the 4 port exhaust. Wonder what's been done to the head. ALMOST worth picking them up just to investigate at that price. It would be cheap for an oversized valve conversion.

Very temping. Thanks for the link, Kurt.

Not only is a 4 port exhaust, its a late version with the exhaust ports not siamesed. I bet it has the bigger valves from factory.

Ya, its the 82-83 EK head. The strange thing is that the intake is for the early version 79-81 EK which fits my motor :)

He had mentioned the flywheel was lightened but I don't think it has been. Mine is shaved down and that one loooks stock, or just re-surfaced.

Oh hey look there are other pictures on the eBay ad, dur! Allrighty, well I'll probably pass then. My Accord blew another headgasket, so I probably should spend some money on some new head bolts or work on finding studs before I go doing any more crazy money spending.

Yeah perhaps its not worth it,Is it for el heads?

What carbs does it accept?

Whats your estimate? Perhaps its more tan 500 bucks right?

its for the EL as no CVCC runners but I here they can be grinded in for it to work on the EK's...they fit any of the side draft Weber DCOE's, Dellorto DHLA and the Solex and Mukini equivalents as they all use the same spacing.

Some cad plans for it would be really cool :). It should be fairly easy to imitate right? Or are there any special considerations?

Thats a great score 8).Can you post more pics of them?

Here are some photos. The studs to mount the carbs have not yet been added (or the holes tapped for that matter). The recessed divots on the top are for adding a line for the brake booser....I only drilled the one out on the one I run on my car....and the studs on the top are in place for mounting a linkage for the carbs. Its a bit more complex then a simple drawing but the quality of the cast is just okay as I found the alloy to be pretty soft on my other one........that one from Yahoo Japan was pretty slick...
