I have this vaccum hose

it comes from the two right hand sensors and connects into one tube..

the scheme of the vaccum shoes it should connect somewhere arround the carb

also , what is this for?

That lever is for the fresh air vents if im not mistaken.

Carotman is right it is the Steering wheel locking lever. It locks the steering wheel after you adjust the up/down position.

According to the vacuum diagram, that looks like the vacuum secondary diaphragm.

pull the lever out the push down (not back in)

that will releases the wheel

then you have to pull it it out and pull up to lock it back in place

Nah the secondary diaphragm is #28, #20 goes to the idle/throttle controller.

Probably one of those is a solenoid to leak in air and decrease vacuum to the diaphragm to raise the idle.
