When I last looked a few years ago the only place I found transmission parts was the dealer. Some of the dealers have online parts departments that are usually about 30% off list prices.

I've had good luck with these sites in the past:
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/
www.hondapartscheap.com

An alternative is to get a low miles transmission from a junk yard and rebuild the better one using the best parts from both transmissions.

Transtar is pretty widely used for rebuild kits. I used them for my rebuild that subsequently exploded (but not from the kit). If you can find a tranny parts shop they probably have one or can order one. You can call the company to find a store too, I'm sure.
