photoshop help

Hey need some photoshop help ,I finally found the original SU logo after searching for months, and i would like to clean it up enough to make a decal out of it. I also would like to remove the background on lady luck here and change the 8 balls covering her boobs to the round SU logo's. anyone? I would really appreciate it!! thanks!

Removing the background is kind of a son of a bitch so that will take a minute, but here it is with the background.

I have the SU logo in vector format if you want to take it to a vinyl shop to get cut.

my wife and i got in an argument and she finally agreed to let me put her on the hood scoop, i mean it's just art. like on a low rider. she has dual carbs get it? :)
the SU decal on each side of the car will really stand out, I mean who else has an SU logo? very old school, maby that and an 80's era stp decal or something. not anything over the top,

my carburators:wave: thats the OLD SU logo had a terrible time finding it
