some motor issues pissing me off

okay my cars a 86 lxi my problem is that when i step on the gas my rpm's start jumping around and the car bogs a little im not sure if its the head or the distributor but any help would be nice

yea code 12 buts thats the egr it hardly turns on thow. i think i have aslo lost power in the motor because of this problem could a bent valve or bad valve seals cause this to happen cause the previouse owner beat the shit out of the motor

its not the egr thow thats causing this my other accord that was exactly like this one always had that light turning on but it never bogged like this one did i feel the motor weaker then my other accord i had
