would addin cold air intake help my engine be more louder or give it slight more power? for an 87 2 door hatchback accord? how much will it cost?

stick the filter directly on the throttle body and it will sound loud.

You are EFI right?

Which type of cold air intake are we talking about?
A short ram or a true cold air intake that draws cold air from inside the fender or just above the bottom of the engine?

o ya i awlways wondered were the heck do u stick it at i dont see any places im a newbie to cars from a certain prospective :-) and how much would it cost me to buy it and get it installed?

Firstly, do you have a carb or is it fuel injected?

umm in not sure its 87 dx hatch back with stock parts. so im not sure what that model has. also what is meant by rebuilt engine
