my tachometer not working

hi I'm from Costa Rica, so my English not very good, anyway, my tachometer not working and not to what the problem is ... someone can tell me what should I do?

the tach wire plugs into your distributor, check the wire, and if you cant find the ailment it is probably in the distributor itself. not sure, find the tach wire tho and do some troubleshooting.
