idk whats it called but help!!

ok this is confusing me cuz idk wat it is... it goes from the valve cover to the intake and to two other things what can i do? my intake makes it hard to connect it to the tube and ive seen people who put breather filters on the valve cover but what should i do?

the two metal tubes are held together by a small metal tab on the side. carefully cut the tab to separate them. coolant flows through the smaller bottom tube. the top one u can put a filter right on the valve cover or run a hose over to the intake. or you can just leave it how you currently have it.

ok cuz i thought about just buyig a hose that will fit the coolant flow hoses and ive got the little mini filter

ok heres the final results and questions...
one question is that the mini filter has a metal base and its touching a hose/line that i think goes to the injectors but im not sure if its gonna do any damage to the line heres a pic for your opinion.

also ive put in a line for the coolant issue that connects to the two coolant flow valves. heres a pic.
