How much would it cost to add rear disc breaks and maybe aem front disc upgrade?

Rear disc assembly from an sei probably gonna run you $300 at the wreckers. Might be cheaper.
Big BRAKE upgrade up front you would also need the caliper ($$$) and special bracket only OldSwapSchool knows.

you can use stock caliper with aem civic kit u just need to shim it alittle

yeah..after more reading you can actually use the oe calipers..hmmm...the diameter of those upgrade brakes does not change?

Yes, it comes with 12" rotors, the aftermarket brackets allow the stock caliper use.
