cleaning wheels

anyone have any simple suggestions on ways to clean/get these ugly marks out of my wheels?

i'd like to avoid any sanding if possible lol

okay so i guess those marks where in the clear coat or whatever is on these wheels, cause they didn't start going away till I scrubbed them with a wire brush & some paste cleaner stuff. damn. excuse the curbing

yeah most of the clear will go bad...i need to polish and clear my rims too...keep us posted
