Tail lights not working NEED HELP!!!

Well i got my integra done. Took it for a drive and found out my tail lights dont work when the car is on but they work when the car is off. They are the running/driving lights. Car is a 1990 integra 4 door special edition. Need help asap

Haha, I saw the exact same Integra with the same problem. Dude didn't even know. Don't get pulled over!
