Horn not working?

The horn in my 89 DX 2 door is not working. I checked the fuse and is not blown. What else can I check?

can you hear the relay clicking when you press on the horn

Did you hear sound from a single horn before that, or from both?I thought my car had only one horn but later realized that there was a second one that was dead (all rusted inside as it turned out) When I measured resistance between both horn terminals it was open...

check for the relay clicking sound, and then check the horns themselves; they are behind the front bumper one on each side.
