How do I tune the idle on my carb? I live in MN and in the morning in the fall and winter the car barely runs when first started. I goes less than 1000rpms in the morning. And I have to constantly give it gas to keep it running. How do I fix this problem? And is it easy enough to fix it, so I ca do it myself?

U should inspect ur choke and fast idle...
With engine off and cold, push the gas pedal all the way, the choke flap should close.
The closed choke will engage the fast idle cam which keeps the throttle slightly open, so when engine starts it goes to 2..3000rpm.
Seems to me that none of those two systems work on ur car. Maybe they are stuck there. Spray a can of carb cleaner around, behind and under the choke..

Haynes doesn't have carb pics.
