You put it at 2. Number 1 won't exist once you rip out that stuff.

follow the piping that comes from #2 and heads twards the "cars" right fender... it goes to the left when facing the engine... thats the stock tube and air filter setup... I dont have EFI so Im not sure on our accords but with my friends protege he put his K&N cone filter on the stock tubing untill he got the piping...
